You don't need to arrive makeup-free — I'll cleanse your lashes before we start; just skip waterproof mascara the day before. Pause lash serums and conditioners about a week ahead, avoid coffee right before the visit, and if you wear contact lenses, bring a case or come in glasses.

Yes — but avoid mascara and any oil-based products around the eyes. Remove eye makeup with oil-free micellar water or a dedicated lash shampoo, gently, without rubbing.

Classic 1:1 starts at 180 PLN, Volume 2D–3D at 200 PLN, and Mega Volume 4D–5D at 220 PLN. The price covers a roughly 2-hour appointment with certified premium materials. Lash removal is 60 PLN.

A full set (Classic, Volume, or Mega Volume) takes about 2–2.5 hours, while removal takes around 30 minutes. Every session takes place on a comfortable memory foam bed — many clients fall asleep halfway through.

No, the procedure is completely painless. Each extension is applied only to your natural lash, never to the eyelid or skin. Some clients feel a slight warmth as the adhesive cures — that's normal. All you need to do is lie still with your eyes closed.

Yes, pregnancy isn't a contraindication, but hormonal changes can affect tearing, eyelid swelling, and how long the set lasts. If you're pregnant, let me know when booking — I'll adjust my approach and set realistic expectations for retention.

I work with certified medical-grade materials, single-use tools, and full autoclave sterilisation. An allergy to the lash adhesive (cyanoacrylate) is rare but possible — and once triggered, it's permanent. If you know you're allergic to strong adhesives or cyanoacrylate, lash extensions unfortunately won't be a safe option for you.

Not with me. Instead of topping up a few lashes every two weeks, I do a fresh full set every 4–6 weeks. That way I check the condition of your natural lashes at every visit, and you get an even, fresh result rather than a mix of old and new lashes. And because I work with an LED lamp, the adhesive bond holds longer, so a full set comfortably lasts until the next visit.

Hybrid is a mix of the classic and volume techniques in one set: some lashes go on individually, others as light fans. It isn't a separate item on the price list, just a way of distributing the effect. Whether that mix suits your lashes is something we decide at the consultation.

Yes, after the first 48 hours you can go back to the pool and the sea. Chlorinated and salt water won't ruin the set straight away, but they do speed up wear, so rinse your eyes with fresh water after swimming and gently dry your lashes. In summer it's also worth brushing them more often.
